Maxine has worked in youth and community work for over 30 years. She founded BBBB with her friend Adhi in 2014.

Miriam has worked for various groups within the voluntary sector in Nottingham since 2000, covering a wide range of admin and finance roles. She enjoys practicing and teaching meditation and Qi Gong.
